“FOOD IS WHAT MAKES US WHO WE ARE”

East Coast Tacos came about after a conversation with my kids over dinner one night. The FIFO mining saga was wearing thin on us all so we decided to design a food trailer and fire up the burners.

I am a chef by trade and well traveled within Australia. I also spent four years overseas working and searching for the ultimate food.

Our menu is based around fresh seasonal produce from Randalls’ Farm in Birkdale Queensland.

We offer plant-based food with a carnivore option to ensure there is something for the whole family. Our corn tortillas are gluten free and are hand pressed daily.

For dessert we have fresh churros, dark chocolate & salted caramel sauce with vanilla bean ice cream.
